Content on the site includes stories created by Wet International, and approved user-generated/submitted stories from people like you in text form. Before you are directed to this e-mail link, it is important that you understand and agree to what is expected from both you and Wet International if you submit your story. 2. Conditions of Submissions

User submitted content to the Website is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older (and at least the age of majority in user's state of residence) and who have internet access and an e-mail address owned and controlled by the user at the time of Submission. By making a submission in the Website, You agree to all of these Terms and Conditions.

Submissions are welcome from all eligible interested parties and will be evaluated for inclusion on the website as featured or archival content in text form. The evaluation will be by Wet International and its appointees (together, the "Editorial board"), in their sole discretion; your submission may be accepted or rejected for use, in whole or part. You understand, confirm and agree that You have not and that You will not receive or be entitled to compensation or any other type of benefit for submitting Your Wet Experience story or for its use on the Website or in other media as described in these Terms & Conditions.

The Editorial Board is not responsible for telephonic, human or computer failures (hardware of software), problems or errors, garbled or delayed electronic communications, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, traffic congestion on the internet or at the Webpage, Technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions, problems or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise. Wet International reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions and at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these (or the most current modified) Terms & Conditions each time you submit any Content to Wet International for possible inclusion in the Website/Email.

3. How to Submit

You may submit Your Wet Experience story (the "Submission" or "Content") by e-mailing your Submission, to the e-mail link to which you will be directed when you accept these Terms and Conditions, unless Wet International, in its sole discretion, decides to terminate this Website/Email. You must provide the following information as part of Your submission: Your first name, last name and electronic mail ("e-mail") address, Your age, and the date You are e-mailing Your submission. This information will be used solely in connection with the administration of this story archive. The Editorial Board will attempt to review your submission; however, it cannot review all communications and is not responsible for any Submissions that are lost, damaged or otherwise destroyed. The Editorial Board will consider your submission, and in its sole discretion, determine whether or not to include it on the website. If your submission is approved for inclusion on the Website, you will be contacted by an e-mail, which will include a copy of your submission (which may or may not be an edited version or your original submission and which may or may not include an jpeg photo file(s) that you may have included in your submission), and required to submit your approval of the inclusion of your submission on the website, together with a confirmation of your acceptance of these (or the most current modified) Terms & Conditions.

4. Right to submit and ownership of your submitted content

By submitting your Wet Experience story, you confirm that all content contained in your submission is original and was not created by anyone else or with the help of anyone else, and will not violate any other person's copyrights, trademarks or other property rights (including privacy or publicity rights of each and every person whose name, and of each and every identifiable person whose likeness or visual image may be included in the submission). Although you retain ownership of the content submitted to Wet International, by submitting the content to Wet International, you grant to Wet International broad rights to use the content, as detailed below. The use, re-use or non-use of this content in audio, video and digital form (as applicable) is solely at the discretion of Wet International. In particular, by submitting the content:

(a) You agree that you have granted Wet International the exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free and transferable right and license in and to the content and the submission (including any text and any photos) to use, perform, record, copy, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, adapt, distribute, publish, display broadcast an/or otherwise exploit the content (including the likeness and visual image of all identifiable persons whose likeness or visual image may be included in the submission) forever and throughout the universe in perpetuity (and to license others to do the same) in any manner and in any and all media now known, or hereafter devised or discovered, including, without limitation, in the website and in any related or derivative versions and/or uses of the website (including, without limitation, any translation(s) and/or adaptation(s) thereof), and to use your voice, your name (full or partial) as the author of the content and your city and state of residence, for all uses and purposes, including trade and advertising purposes;

(b) You agree that you have granted the editorial board the license an right to modify, retouch, blur or alter the format of any photos (including that portion of any photos which is your or any other identifiable person's visual image) included in your submission, or to use any other technique deemed appropriate by the editorial board for artistic, editorial or reproduction proposes, and you waive any so-called "moral rights" in connection with your content and any rights to inspect or approve your content as it may be included in the website or in any other use of the content;

(c) You affirm that you are both more than 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority (that is, you are not a minor) in your state of residence, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representation, and warranties set forth in these Terms & Conditions, and to abide by and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

(d) You confirm that all statements made by you included in the submission are true and reflect your honest opinions, findings, beliefs or experience, and that none of the statements or photos submitted by you will violate or infringe upon any third party's rights (and more particularly, that you have the written permission, consent and/or release of each and every identifiable person whose name or visual image or likeness is included in the submission, to enable Wet International to do with and use the submission for all purposes as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions; You represent and warrant that you have full and exclusive right and authority to grant the license and rights granted hereunder;

(e) You agree that you will make no claim of any kind against Wet International or any of its consultants or services providers or their affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, owners, principals, agents and representatives (together, the "Wet International parties") as a result of any of the uses described above, and you waive and release all claims against the Wet International parties relating to the use of the content in any version or media, including without limitation, any rights and claims relating to copyright, libel, moral rights, rights of privacy and/or publicity or confidentiality and any rights and claims relating to your statements, descriptions, conclusions, experiences, quotes and/or paraphrases contained in the content submitted, as it is used consistent with the license and rights granted above to Wet International; and

(f) You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Wet International Parties, and each one of them, from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, cost or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (i) your use of and access to the website;(ii) your violation of any terms of these Terms & Conditions; (iii) the violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other proprietary right; or (iv) any claim that one of your submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Website/Webpage and Email. These Terms & Conditions will be binding on you and your estate and will inure to the benefit of Wet International parties and their respective successors and assigns.

If any portions of these "Terms & Conditions" are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, for any reason, that portion shall be severed from the rest.
